STILLWATER - The wife of a Stillwater man fatally shot when he answered the door of their home last year was charged Friday with his killing.
Jennifer Jo Paeyeneers, 24, and a friend, Philip Eugene Meadows, 18, each were charged with first-degree murder. Bond was denied for both.
Meadows is accused of shooting Floyd Thomas "Tommy" Paeyeneers, 25, with a .22-caliber revolver.

Floyd Paeyeneers was shot several times when he opened the front door of his house shortly before midnight Nov. 29, police said.
Meadows told a friend that Jennifer Paeyeneers would not talk about the shooting because "she's known about it, she was part of the conspiracy, she had it done," said an affidavit filed in Payne County District Court.
Jennifer Paeyeneers told police that a black man came to their house asking for money an hour before the shooting.
She said she was awakened later by gunshots and found her husband by the door. Police always considered her a suspect, authorities said.
District Attorney Rob Hudson said Jennifer Paeyeneers and Meadows are close friends. Authorities suspect personal and monetary reasons were behind the killing, he said.
